On tap in rome. 7.8%. Nice ipa, but the booze shows a bit. Not necessarily a bad thing. West coast forward.

Very amber, almost dark orange. Aromas of summer fruit (peach, yellow plums), citrus (ripe orange, grapefruit) and exotic (passion fruit, pineapple and mango).
Foam of fair consistency, very tasty (of ace juice, that is, orange, carrot, lemon).
In the mouth medium / heavy body but which does not lead to biscuit, caramelized and sweet notes in the taste, but enhances (in the sense that it leaves the scene) the tropical and fruity taste of the hops and ends, not exactly immediately, with a nice ignorant bitterness, sometimes astringent, but I like it that way.
On the palate, notes of fresh tropical fruit and citrus remain while on the tongue a pleasant herbaceous bitterness, perhaps more tending to earthy than balsamic.
