Blanche with hibiscus (5,0%).
On the nose immediately floral and fragrant hints (similar to rose petals).
Ruby red color, slightly lighter. Cherry-like.
Discreet and soft foam.
In the mouth a triumph of Hibiscus and a cereal finish.
Wheat remains on the taste buds, while the floral hibiscus echoes on the palate.
Slim body and easy to drink, but not watery.
Very characteristic beer, in its simplicity.
Otiima for an aperitif or for an undemanding after-work.
Good pairing with sweet foods, such as a berry cheesecake or cream and fruit mignon.

Slightly hazy blood orange color with pinkish head. Aroma is quite fruity and spicy with herbal tea notes. Taste is fruity, slightly tart, some spicy yeast notes, well balanced overall. Medium body and carbonation. Overall it's a nice, easy drinking session beer.
