A 375ml bottle with a best before date of December 2024. Poured into a Holy Mountain tulip glass.
Appearance: A hazy pale orange colour with a thin white head that dissipated quickly, while leaving some decent lacing.
Aroma: Lightly tart, white wine grapes, light funk, lime peel, and slight wood notes.
Taste: Sour, tart, lemon, white wine grapes, green apple, oak, with light funkiness.
Mouthfeel: Medium to light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Balanced and easy to drink. Would love to try more from this brewery.

On tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma has lemony notes, yeast funk, hay and a hint of vinegar. Taste follows tart and lemony, soft funk, floral yeast notes, dry on the finish, lingering with unripe fruit tartness. Light body with medium to high carbonation. Overall it's a really well made, tasty and refreshing sour ale.
