Slightly hazy golden color with a bit of white foam. Aroma has a nice malty background sweetness, light honey and pollen notes, fermented stonefruits, unripe apricot and some farmhouse funk. Taste is tart and bitter upfront, continues with stonefruit pits bitterness, acidic but not too intense, soft yeast funk, leafy tea finish. Light body, low carbonation. Overall it's a quite nice sour with a light tea character.
