Copenhagen 25/5 2025. 37,5 cl bottle from Meny, Illums, Kbh. K. White label with a simple drawing of Chough or Crow sitting on a branch with a red dot in the background.
Pours opaque, murky burgundy with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears after a short while. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe cherries and currants mingling with a tart scent of unripe berries. Light touch of funk. Gooseberries and vinegar. Sour cheese.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a lightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Delicately but nicely balanced between sweet and tart fruit.

Dark red, one finger of a pink foam, not durable, but ok.
Smell of cherry and red fruit (raspberry), cherry stones. Some wood note, light.
Taste with a definite sourness, but well managed. With brett and a light acetic hint. Leather, wood.
After some while, the acetic sourness grows, a bit too much.
Not bad at all, but a bit edgy and raw.
