Traditional old ale aged for one year in freshly emptied Brandy barrels.
Red - light brown color, a bit of foam.
Olda ale, spicy notes, tart, barrel. A lot of red fruits (cherry, sour cherry).
Toffe, sugary, treacle.
Some notes of brandy. And the alcohol strenght is present.
In the taste again cherry, fruit's stones, red fruits.
Some acetic hint, very well balanced.
Amaretto. The the tarteness clean the mouth.
Not easy, but satisfying.
