A dry, malt-forward version of the style, featuring a gentle and enjoyable Belgian yeast character. A touch of hop flavor and bitterness rounds out the palate. Not everything has to be over the top when it comes to Belgian beer!

Look: It pours light amber with good clarity. It has a white head with good head retention.
Smell: It has a biscuity aroma with low spice, earth, and hints of pear.
Taste: It has biscuity flavors with moderate fruity esters which are not pronounce. There are spicy elements and even a slight bit of pepper.
Feel: It has a medium body. It is smooth throughout the taste experience with moderate carbonation.
Overall, a pleasant everyday drinking ale with balance throughout the taste with no single element being overwhelming.
