Copenhagen 22/6 2020. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. What looks like a water painting rendering of a winter landscape with a setting sun on the can.
Pours milky, hazy, opaque yellow with a medium -sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy, remnants of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a medium strong odor of exotic fruit and slightly more subdued notes of citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Citrus fruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a strong citric undercurrent. Finish is semi-dry.
Well balanced and well adjusted NEIPA hitting the mark.
