Copenhagen 11/6 2019. 44 cl can from Crate, Jægersborggade, Kbh N. A lot of very colorful shards on the can. Looks like a Tote bag from the Seventies.
Pours hazy, milky yellow with a medium-sized white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin puddles of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense, acerbic and sharp. Light sweet odor of Peach and Pear. Fresh grass. Stronger citric notes of Lime, Grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, smooth, soft texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a somewhat stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and a bit more mellow. Lingers for a bit. Semi-dry finish.
Smooth and elegant with a lot of intensity.
