Nada is the newest addition to our growing repertoire of high juice, low bitterness DIPAs inspired by the American haze craze brewers we absolutely love so much. Bringing the big hitters to the table with a metric tonne of Citra, Columbus and Simcoe in the dry hop, this beer is all about the sticky, juicy hops. Expect a swag bag full of dank and tropical hop notes complimented by a mellow bitterness running throughout.

Copenhagen 29/9 2019. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Can is plastered with lush leaves and tropical fruits. Hard to miss their point with the juiciness.
Pours hazy, milky, opaque, golden yellow with a big, frothy white head. Settles as 3 cm thick layer of compact foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense, very citric and fruity with a solid backdrop of exotic fruit. Peach, Mango and Pineapple. Light notes of caramel. Lemon, Grape fruit and pine.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, smooth, soft, kind of flat texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a whil. Finish is dry.
Sells itself off as a tropical fruit juice with only a moderate level of bitterness. The tropical fruitiness holds - but it is not so innocent when it comes to the bitterness.
