Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical, citrus and red fruit notes of passion fruit, orange and raspberry. Taste is an excellent balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly resinous hops, with tropical, citrus and red fruit notes of passion fruit, mango, orange, grapefruit, raspberry and cherry, as well as just a hint of pine. Finishes with a light bitterness and some passion fruit, orange and raspberry lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This makes for quite an interesting NEIPA due to the HBC 630 hops, which add some unique red fruit notes of raspberry and cherry to the more typical citrus and tropical notes from the usual suspects, although Galaxy shines through here especially, with some bright passion fruit notes, whle the flavor profile is quite vibrant and juicy generally here. Just a hint of pine and a decent bitterness in the finish round things out nicely.
