Possibly the standout beer from our individual staff designed DDH Pale series of 2020; Murmurations makes a welcome return with a new and improved recipe, headed up by our second ever employee at the brewery, our very own Scott. Featuring a technique known as “hop bursting”; Scott’s objective is to purposely multi-layer the whirlpool hops to accentuate his dry hop bill of Mosaic, Simcoe, Azacca and Enigma. Gradually adding a small amount of Mosaic at 100 degrees, before dropping the whirlpool down to 87 degrees and adding his main whirlpool addition of Simcoe, the result is that each individual varietal is distinguishable throughout – creating, what we feel, is possibly our most crushable
