Collaboration with Uncharted Brew Co.

Giving a little international flair to our sixth birthday beers, we’ve brought Antwerp’s own Uncharted Brew Co over to Polly’s HQ to take part in our annual festivities. By far the smallest operation of the six, we were first introduced to Thom’s beers on an overseas trip in 2022 when Lally and Arron sampled one of his IPAs and were absolutely astounded at the quality for the size of his operation. A schoolteacher by day, we had to work around his teaching schedule to bring him to the UK to brew the aptly named Hidden Talents - both breweries doing exactly what they’re most comfortable with by brewing a straight up, no frills IPA with the freshest possible hops we could get our hands on. We couldn’t let this beer go without giving it a bragging right, and it’s comfortably the beer with the biggest hop bill bar none of our birthday beers - think Amarillo, Cascade, Nelson, Strata, Rakau and Waimea, for a NZ/US hop bomb of an IPA.
