One of our favourite beers of yesteryear from our long-departed Originals range was the phenomenal Azacca Mosaic DIPA; those super ripe tropical fruit punch notes batted off the mellow, but ever present bitterness in a wonderful display of harmony. With five additional years of brewing experience since we last brewed that one time wonder, we got a little nostalgic and decided to do as we’ve done with so many of our beers, by bringing all that flavour intensity to a reeled in pale ale, and lavish it with that Augment touch thanks to our bespoke in-house LA3 yeast strain for insane amounts of suspension and mouthfeel. The result is Fake It – a pale ale that is a nod to the past but with its sights set solely on the future.
