We’re always asked what makes our beers so uniquely Polly’s here at HQ, and without a doubt it’s our confidence in honouring the breweries of yesteryear that built the foundations on which we stand today.
Diverse Shifts is a three-hop showcase of varieties that span across different generations of brewing; Centennial representing the founding fathers of the modern craft brewing boom, Citra showcases the bridge between the formative years and exploration into new, modern techniques, whilst HBC-1019 is very firmly rooted in the modern day – an experimental variety deliberately cultivated to accentuate fruit-forward flavours. A hop-bomb of an IPA, positively dripping with bold and bright citrus notes, with softer notes of peaches, coconut cream, caramelised banana, and passionfruit.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Nice aroma of yellow stonefruits. Citric flavour, also notes of yellow stonefruits, a piney bitterness in the finish.
