There's a reason we keep coming back to El Dorado Mosaic. We absolutely love brewing it (read as - we absolutely love drinking it). Our latest canned run of this beer is tweaked with an all LA3 yeast profile to pull the absolute maximum flavour out of all twenty five kilos of those amazing US hops with everything held in hazy, hazy suspension.

Copenhagen 19/10 2019. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Colorful, blotchy can looking like a bad trip if you are not into pastel colors.
Pours milky, hazy golden yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as patchy but lumpy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense, sweet and fruity and with bit more moderate citric notes. Peach, Pineapple, Papaya. Light Lemon and Citrus.
Medium carbonation. Soft, smooth, tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric bitter with a sweet fruity undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Fine, refreshing and solid IPA from Polly’s Brew.
