We’ve always been about producing the boldest and brightest possible IPAs we can here at Polly’s. A group session on what flavour profiles would work best off one another yielded a suggestion of a three way dance between Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, and lo – Dream Cycle was born. Heavily weighted toward the South Pacific hop varietals we love so much, this beer positively bursts with fresh gooseberry and white wine grapes from Nelson, backed up with fresh lemon and floral notes from Motueka, before rounding off with delicious citrus notes from Polly’s classic, Citra.
