The evenings are starting to draw in, the temperatures are starting to drop, and Autumn is definitely rearing its head here at Polly’s HQ. Taking inspiration from the chill in the air, we’ve brought our (keep it quiet) shameless favourite coffee shop order to our beer game with Fall Back.
A pumpkin-spiced porter that is equal parts decadent and warming, this beer utilises fresh puréed pumpkins, alongside a healthy addition of Madagascan vanilla pods, scraped by hand by our brewers, and a blend of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom and clove to create a porter perfect for the season.
Best enjoyed in front of a cosy fire taking in the cold outside, this rare foray into the dark side showcases our strength beyond just pale and hoppy beers.
