A special number in our brewing output deserves special treatment – we recently commissioned and completed our 2000th commercial brew here at Polly’s Brew Co, and as a celebration, we wanted to make it a really special one. Nothing as brash or outlandish as our Gyle 1000 Triple West Coast IPA, we’re utilising our 2000th brew to showcase the mastery of our art that we’ve developed over our eight year history. A labour of love for our exceptionally talented brew team spearheaded by our head brewer Joe, Two Thousand takes the bread and butter style here at Polly’s and elevates it to elite level. Krush has long been an in house favourite here at Polly’s, working with this stateside slammer from when it was known by its HBC number, 586. Positively bursting with orange, mango, guava, peach and berries, balanced out with woody resin, we’ve been lucky enough to get hold of not only the freshest crop of Krush, but its brand new variant Krush CryoFresh to create an ultra fresh, fruit forward pale ale, and a perfect encapsulation of what we do best here in this sleepy corner of North Wales.
