It’s a pretty harrowing fact to admit, but as a five year old brewery we’re no longer considered new kids on the block anymore. Shock! Horror! What we might lack in bushy tails and bright eyes these days, we make up in knowledge of our craft and expertise at producing the absolute best hop forward beers we possibly can – in our opinion our beers have never tasted better. It’s with this in mind that we’ve tread that wonderful fine line between the pale ale and IPA territory to create Still Cool – a beer with all the mouthfeel and intensity of one of our IPAs but with the drinkability of one of our smashable pales. The flavour profile? Let’s go all out tropical – Nelson Sauvin, Sabro AND Talus bring soft pillowy juicy notes backed up with white wine grapes, dried roses and mint for a little complexity to boot. Definitely still cool.
