10 oz on tap at the brewery in a sort-of smaller than average weizen glass type thing.
Appearance: A bright golden straw with a very short head that recedes quickly.
Aroma: Clean and fresh with lots of hops and fruits. Pine. Lemon. Maybe grapefruit.
Taste: Follows nose, for the most part. The ad copy says it resembles lemon meringue on an oatmeal cookie or something and I don’t know if I’d describe it quite like that but it is a tasty, sippable, hop-forward IPA. Not overpowering though.
Mouthfeel: More drinkable than I tend to think IPAs of over 6% are. Fairly easy on the palate, actually.
Overall: Very nice IPA. Paired nicely with a veggie burger and garlic fries. Would try this again.
