Stopped into Sato while on vacation in Buffalo. Unique place...Japanese Ramen restaurant with beers brewed with a Japanese twist....yuzu, miso, green tea. All the beers were above average and good. They had a nice selection of styles on...Belgians, IPA, stout and cream ale. Food was delicious, ramen bowls are great, salmon poke was awesome. Would definitely recommend!
