Poured a pint at the brewery in April 2023.
The color is chestnut-amber with red hues and a modest disappearing head.
The cooked, steamed wheat aromas are front and center but there is also a fascinating spiciness such as tarragon and corianders and a slight red grape fruit note.
The mouthfeel was light and soft.
The wheat malt sweetness is there but this one tends to move over to a tart, fruity and spicy finale. Decent and fascinating.

Sample shared by JCwattshisname, thanks for the share. Deep auburn in color with a frothy off white head that persists. Rich bready spicy maltiness with light banana and clove. Not usually a fan of this style but this one is quite good!

Alewife and I stopped by the Brewery last eve for some dinner and libations. I had two 16oz pours of this, at $7.00 per...
It was served in your standard shaker pint glass... Was a clear, deep copper color, with light carbo. The head was creamy but thin, a light layer of off-white foam, with wisps of lace here and there. Aroma had some mild clove, a bit of banana and a hint of choco. Body was good for the style - a decent medium with minimal prickle.
Taste also had some choco, a smidge of caramel, and nice clove and banana. A subtle bit of fruit (apple/pear) lingers in the background, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and solid. Prosit!
