On tap at the source.
Pours a lightly hazy deep brown with garnet at the edges and a small tightly bubbled off white head. Big maple and roasty chocolate nose but the taste isn't cloying earthy pine to counter. Pretty nice.

Enjoying a full shaker pint pour of this ($7.00) at the source...
Pours a very deep, clear, chestnut-mahogany. Too dark to espy any carbo. Head is a rocky/frothy layer of beige suds. Sits at 1/4" but only because the glass is nearly full. Ebbs back to a rim-clinging ring with solid lacing. Aroma is mainly of maple, though it's never cloying or off-putting; rather inviting. Body is medium to medium-plus, and it's quite smooth with minimal prickle.
Flavor has a solid foundation of toffee and caramel malts, with the accompanying semi-sweetness. Once more, the maple is right there, but never in-yo'-face or over the top. Seems to have a subtle hint of brown sugar action as well plus some nutty characteristics, before getting into some florality in the finish. Really nice stuff! Prosit!!
