I got a can of this beer from the brewery whilst there for my son's hockey showcase. The beer was canned on Dec 5 2023.....so a little old....it was from Lot #2310A. It poured a murky dark amber with no head and no lace. The scent a waifs of bourbon. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to sip. There was common Belgian quad malt base with bourbon presence and dark fruit highlights. The mouthfeel was medium in body with no carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.
