16oz can courtesy of my wife; picked up at Ridgewalker Brewing in Forest Grove, OR; first from Common Space
Poured into a Solera nonic pint
p- deep chestnut w/ burgundy hues; small white cap; a bit lighter in color than a typical stout
n- med aroma; lots of roast; vanilla
t- super smooth combo of roast, choc, and vanilla; quite sweet (as I anticipated); pretty tasty
mf- chewy; med-full bodied; soft carb
o- not too shabby at all- I dig it

a lot of flavor from the first sip - flavor shoot out right when you open the can . sweet but not overly sweet
