Clear dark amber brew with plenty of foam in the St. Bernardus globe. Aroma of citrus peel and wood. Spritzy and tangy on the tongue. Flavors of citrus mostly with orange juice. Some notes of pine and then the bitter finish. Not sweet. Fairly austere but fruity aftertaste along with the dark bitter edge. A workmanlike hoppy brew. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing.
