Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Bacchus tumbler. Citrus aroma with tangerine in the nose. Watery body with modest bit of spritz on the tongue, but actually quite pleasant. Tastes of grain and lemon peel with some canteloupe. Rather sharp and not at all sweet. Then the woody and stemmy bitterness. Somewhat subdued flavors but quite bitter aftertaste. Overall this is kind of interesting but certainly on the austere side. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 12/05/25.
