Clear amber brew with abundant foam in the Frydenlund pub glass. Aromatic with resins, grass, and a grapefruit nose. Somehow this is quite satisfying. Quite tangy and sharpish. It's plenty bitter but the malt and fruity flavors play well together. Not that it's all that fruity but the lime and green melon are tasty, and the hops are moderated enough to let the flavors stand out. Spicy finish adds to the pleasure.
