Bottom of the can stamped 08/31/18.
This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a stifled bronzed copper to orange color with a thick rocky foamy white head. Lace looked speckled slid with the sips.
The aroma had some crushed pineapple, bittersweet pine needles and some melon rind.
The flavor yielded to the bitterness initially (those pine needles are in front) then with some warmth - a developing pineapple sweetness tried to make a light presence. Aftertaste was fairly bitter on the pine needles.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt like a regular American IPA. Finish was pretty bitter but in a good way.
Overall, pretty nice American styled IPA that I would be willing to come back to.
