This is an outstanding IPA from Rutland Beer Works. Complex flavors, really nice feel. I've been looking for more every week at our local general store but it has disappeared.

My first taste, undated can into a Concord Junction shaker glass. Very nice color, lacing, smell non-descript but that may be my nose. A delicious beer. NEIPA with Apollo, Mosaic & Simcoe, some of my favorite hops!

Picked up a can on a recent trip to VT. Definitely the best product I've sampled from the Rutland Beer Works and should be a competitor in the tough New England IPA marketplace if it receives adequate distribution. I know I'll be looking for a 4-pack on my next trip to that state

Can to tulip.
The appearance was a nice looking burnt orange to copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head softly sliding off to leave a messy ring near the top. The head does stick around for a good little bit.
The aroma had some mangoes, pineapples, piney woody hops, touch of lemon juice, subtle grassy hops and a quick bite of some grapefruity pith.
The flavor had a good blend of sweet mangoes to bitter piney hop characters. Fairly sharp aftertaste of zesty citrus pith to some white pepper notes.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Decent enough carbonation with some stickiness but enjoyable. Sticky finish of mangoes and piney tones.
Overall, pretty nicely done New England styled one, perhaps just a bit sharper in the feel for the style but would be one to come back to.
