A tart refreshing kettle sour finished off with a dose of cherries.

Can to tulip.
The appearance was a subtle clear burnt yellow golden color topped by a thin layer of white foamy head sliding outward. Some subtle filmy lace.
The aroma blended between some barnyard funk, crisp grassy notes, light dose of red cherry skin and some dry lemon peel.
The flavor mostly leaned towards the funk with a great level of grassiness. Some floral particles slide in underneath with some dry hay-like features. Mellow aftertaste of lemon, cherry semi-sticky notes, funk and grass.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a good sessionability about it - good amount of thirst quenching capabilities about this one. Good carbonation that merges with the finish of red cherry skin.
Overall, I like this one for me however to those looking for a wild ale with a good amount of cherry, you might not want this one. I say no fault to the brewed as they specifically say 'it was "finished with cherries" ' so remember that means the cherries should be light in this.
