On tap at Clutch. Poured a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left thin rings of lace. It smelled of citrus, biscuity malt and caramel. Sweet orange taste with toasted caramel and a mild piney bitterness.

S: big tropical fruit hop aroma, stone fruit, berry, and a trace of onion in the background, neutral yeast, alcohol low, malt medium low,.
L: Pours brilliant copper gold under a 3” lacy white cap with good retention
T: Starts with lightly sweet tropical and stone fruit and then the bitter bursts on the scene with some fruit notes in the finish. Bitterness not harsh. Balance to the hops.
F: medium body smooth, medium carbonation – some hop derived astringency on the finish but not harsh. A little pucker. Alcohol is there but not intrusive, alcohol is smooth.
O: A big bitter beer well balanced, easy to drink, repeatable with a long dry bitter finish

Pours a clear golden yellow with a white head. Smell was juicy with tropical/garden hops. Taste followed nose with some pine bitterness in the finish. Kind of a W/C IPA with tropical notes An all Mosaic IPA.
