S: Yeast character leads with moderate spice, fruit, citrus, pepper, and hint banana. Alcohol, honey, malt, and alcohol are low intensity..
L: Pours brilliant deep gold under a 2” white cap lacy good retention
T: Spicy fruit, alcohol, grainy malt, traces of honey, pepper, citrusy lead the flavors. Soft spicy alcohol provides support. There is a touch of sweetness in the finish with some fruit. The beer is slightly under attenuated. Moderate bitterness grows to medium high by the finish.
F: the beer has a medium low carbonation and medium low body. Mild alcohol warming grows on you.
O: The beer has flavor but it is under attenuated and under carbonated.
