S: Rich malty aroma with some chocolate notes. Bready malt flavors are moderately low. Nothing is overboard or too intense.
L: Drops bright brown with ruby highlights under a rocky 2” beige cap with good retention,
T: Rich, malty, moderate sweet flavors. Roast is mostly chocolate with some bread, bread crust, light toast, and nuts. No harsh or burnt roast flavors with some drying on the finish. Hop bitterness is medium low.
F: The beer is medium bodied with medium low carbonation and is mildly creamy.
O: This is a delightful full-flavored English porter that is the perfect companion for some old world English cheddar or a ploughman’s lunch.
