S: Nutty aromas blend with some toast, bread crust, trace caramel and moderate levels of piney and fruity hops. There is moderate wild rice nuttiness. Fermentation aromas are low and clean.
L: Drops bright amber to light copper under a moderate off-white cap with fair retention.
T: The beer starts with a light caramel nutty sweetness. A big piney bitter accent mid palate leads to a drying, bitter finish.
F: The carbonation and body are medium
O: A big full-flavored beer for everybody with an exceptional hop finish.
