Poured somewhat hazy with a yellow/golden color. The head was thin and white. Smells of flowers amongst the pines. Taste included some unwanted tannins (maybe from hulls left on grain during fermentation?) which left a bitter aftertaste that wasn't from the hops. That said, it was okay, but not a beer that I have to have again.

Yogurt-like tang indicates potential Simcoe. Fruity but not bitter. Hop pungency is lackluster. Depth of flavour is average.
Drinks like a mediocre pale ale at best.
