Nov. 2007: Sampled bottle, RBNAG 2007 in Grimstad, as Onder de Linden Wagenings Bockbier. ABV was 7.7%. Are you sure this really is the same beer?? Amber colour, decent head. Fruity aroma, notes of farmhouse. Very fruity flavour, alcohol is noticeable but not too dominant. Tolerable hops in the finish. Nice.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
750 ml bottle. The beer pours a light amber color with a white head. The aroma is a nice mix of toffee and caramel malt with some dark fruit mixed in. The more I smell the beer, the more it smells like cherries. The flavor is similar, but a little bit better than the aroma. I get a lot of toffee, dark fruit, cherries, molasses and some maple notes. A nice, complex flavor profile for a bock. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Glad I got to try this one.

BBE jun 2006. Nice poorout with a good and lasting head and dark brown beer that shows no haze. Nose is fruity( apricot/peach) and lots of caramallic maltaromes with in the end a nhint of hops. First nose was litle whee but after that only fresh and sweet. Taste is good also having good maltyness and shows heavy body. In balance with alcohol and bitterness. Litle porty note on this one but maybe due to age of botle. Fine and high carbonisationlevel fits the brew and makes it more sparkling and overall a very plesant mouthfeel. Plesure to drink and great taste with it to make it very an intresting brew. Maybe some litle mistakes in brew but certainly good craftmenship.
