BBE nov 2006. Nice and wellasting head and a foggy amberbrown beer. Nose is lots of caramel. alcohol, some fresh hops but probably some aged also due to litle blue cheese, litle ripe apple like fruit and maybe slightly yeasty. Overall very inviting to drink. Taste is alcoholic and bitter. Next to that dry, slightly caramellic and very phenolic. Too bad of this hanging bitterness that makes it a strange and sharp mouthfeel together with the high carbonisationlevel but further more then OK brew and certainly gonna try more of this brewery.
