From their website, “This local collaboration between CottonTown Brew Lab and Indah Coffee combines a medium bodied milk stout with expertly dark-roasted coffee from our CottonTown neighbor, Indah Coffee. The result is a rich, refreshing beer suitable from early morning tailgating until the fire-pit goes out late at night.” 20 IBU
Black with a few millimeters of tan head, carbonation doesn’t last long, scant lacing
Strong coffee, light char aromas
Coffee, nutty, lactose,on the sweet side initially, then more coffee as it warms
Full bodied, smooth feel
Nice coffee milk stout combination. Great start for this young brewery.
