This bold and juicy IPA is packed with Citra and Mosaic hops. It’s the perfect companion to a day of island exploration. Celebrate the reef life with a hand-crafted IPA.
Reef Life® IPA is brewed with pilsner malt and two kinds of oats for a smooth rounded malt character. It is then given massive doses of Citra, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops that give it a juicy citrus, mango and pineapple kick.

Appearance: Enjoyed from 12oz cans in the USVI. The can has a turquoise livery that perfectly mimics the color of the water in the Caribbean. Golden color when poured into a glass. A little cloudy. Bright white head.
Aroma: Bitter tropical fruit.
Taste: Big hop bitterness. Grapefruit and pine. Some mango on the backend.
Feel: Crisp with hefty carbonation. A bit sticky.
Overall: The flavor profile is not super complex but it works. The beer has the classic bitterness that IPA lovers enjoy. Good balance.
Pairing: The bitterness made the beer a difficult pair. Try it with hot wings (think mango habanero flavor) or something with pineapple like a Hawaiian burger.

12oz can poured into a pint
A- pours a slightly hazy dull golden color with a one-finger head that reduces to a ring
S-grapefruit zest, orange, pine, slightly doughy malt
T- zesty and juicy citrus notes up front with grapefruit zest and pithy tangerine. Mid-palate gives some resinous pine and a hint of mango. The finish gives more zesty citrus which continues into the linger
M- medium body with medium carbonation, foamy mouthfeel and finish

Had many of these while in St. Thomas recently. Solid local brew, would get if available in Massachusetts.

drank quite a few of these while in St Thomas and St John, both in can and on draft. I was the best local IPA I tried
Fairly clear, bright yellow golden in color, white head. Pleasant hop aroma - mix of floral and citrus hops. Nice bitterness and dry finish that makes it easy to drink

For the Virgin Islands, this is a well made, very tasty IPA. Crisp and hoppy. Just the way I like it.
