This ale is deep amber in color and medium bodied. Notes of caramel and toasted bread precede a hoppy, dry finish. It is brewed with North American 2-row malt, rye malt, two types of crystal malt and a chocolate wheat malt. It’s hopped with Centennial and East Kent Goldings with late additions of Mistral, a new hop from Alsace, France.
