This beer pours a little cloudy with a small head which is typical for a Hefeweizen. This tastes like a Hefeweizen except a little more hop flavor than most of the ones I've had, and I am not sure how much I like it. Rated 8-28-2023

Pours a court orange body with a small splotchy white head..
Very strong wheat aroma .also some bubblegum and over ripe bananas.
Taste similar..some hops noticed.
Mouth feel very nice. Medium body well carbonated and not too sweet.
Very nice American Wheat.

Look: Cloudy medium orange in color with a billowing white head that settles to a pillow, slowly settling and leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Warm wheat bread, bananas, clove phenolics, and wafts of bubblegum
Taste: Pure bubblegum and wheat bread get things started and linger before bananas and cloves join in the fun. All the banana, clove, and bubblegum phenolics amplify in strength in the middle before wheat rejoins, takes hold of the flavor reigns, and closes it out
Mouthfeel: Full, very soft throughout, medium-high carbonation, and a soft and smooth finish
Overall: I dig it. A well-made and tasty Weissbier with all the right things going on I expect and enjoy in one. To me, the bubblegum component is quite strong on the initial part of the flavor profile so if that aroma/flavor in a Weissbier isn’t your thing, keep it in mind. A great warm weather post-work-shift beer. Prost!
