Can from the new Mongers.
Appear light yellow with a dense white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is my preferred balance of bitterness, dankness and fruitiness, with overripe pineapple, borderline routing grapefruit, but in a bright way, and nice tropical fruit complementing the dank, weed like undercurrent. The palate opens bitter and clean, remarkably well focused, pulling together an impossible balance of dankness and bitter fruit. There's pineapple, melon, weed and also lots of citrus. Drying, bitter, clean finish. Fabulous.
