Canned 17th Oct '25. Pour is a clear light amber. A finger of head quickly fades away. Nose is a faint dash of saltine crackers, typical for light lagers. Taste is perfect for the style. You'll get a light malt, just a hint of sweetness, tempered with hops and providing a nice dose of carbonation. Very enjoyable with a nice sized sip to bring out the full range of tastes. That makes this beer just a little better than other Mexican-style lagers. Just 4.8% ABV. Enjoy.

I am sampling a 16 oz cellar temp can of this beer poured into a pilsner glass. date stamp is 7/18/2025.
the beer pours a fairly clear golden color with some fizzy bleached white head of about 3.5 cm foaming up. this foam fades sort of quickly to a thin edge layer. There is some very scattered lattice on the glass.
Aroma is some grainy malt and a little bit of sweetness not much else going on here.
First sip reveals a light body very fine tingly carbonation and a smooth texture, the beer drinks very easy.
Flavor is some grainy malt and a little bit of toasted white bread and some white grape note that I wasnt expecting. A little bit of grassy hop and then some lingering sweetness.
This is a pretty straight forward beer and is mostly what I thought it would be, sort of sweet and drinkable without much complexity. Glad to have tried it.

Pours a nice golden color with no particular head and served with a lime wedge. This beer has a mild sweet aroma, I think due to the corn/maize used. This is a really good Mexican Lager. Nice light flavor and easy drinking. Rated 5-17-2023
