Mexican chocolate stout brewed with lactose sugar, cacao nibs, cinnamon, Pasilla peppers and Guajillo peppers. Flavors and aromas of chocolate, cinnamon, roast, dark fruit, hint of pepper spice.

Pours a dark brown color with a small tan head. Aroma is sweetness. Taste is chocolate and you don't notice the peppers until after you taste it and all of a sudden you notice the spice. It is not overwhelming but there. Good, interesting pepper beer. Rated 2-23-2024
