A Homestead Brew Graduation Punch Bowl Sour, 4.5% ABV. Pours hazy pale red with a one finger off-white head that dissipated quickly, leaving light lacing. Nose is sweet berries, taste is lightly tart berries, little bitterness, slight sweetness. Decent mouthfeel if slightly under-carbonated. Overall excellent. Had hoped for more fruit and more sour.

A rock hard 16 oz can, opened in shower due to gushing issues with last Homestead can, this one actually did not gush. Go figure.
Crane snifter.
Pours a really beautiful peach-pink blush with a head of 1 finger that quickly dissipates to a thin ring.
Aroma is vinegar and slight frozen berries, some old/stale piss, and slight salinity.
Flavor brings unspecified berry with undertones of unspecified other fruit. They list multiple fruits on the back of the can, but I can't pick out a single one. It's as if they all blended together to form some alien franken-fruit. I suppose if I had to pick one I'd say really tart not-yet-ripe strawberry. But that's reaching. It's just like, frozen fruit. Vinegar and earthy hops try to provide balance but just end up taking the attention off the fruit for a moment. Indistinctive.
Feel is overcarbonated to me, very prickly, very busy, with some lingering starch and acidity on the palate. No palatable alcohol in this one like there was with the Walnut one. Lots of minerality as well.
Overall, like the Walnut Apple, very unimpressive. Where's the focus and the flavor? It seems to get confused as if it were a Budweiser and hides its depth/passion like an embarrassing scar. it's one I probably will struggle to finish/not finish at all. It is a bit like a fruity Bud heavy. If you like unsweet frozen berries, drink lager, and don't mind vinegar-heavy beers, this one might do it for you, but it is nothing like a punchbowl. It's a vinegar bomb, definitely not indicative of a quality sour program.
