A Homestead Brew Joyce's Baltic Breakfast Porter, 9% ABV. Pours black with a 2+ finger beige head that left decent lacing. Nose is maple, graham, and coffee. Taste follows, faintly sweet, slightly bitter, and a bit salty. Carbonation was heavy. Overall excellent.

Poured into a tulip.
Pours darkest, blackest of browns. Modest head, but good lacing.
Coffee, dark chocolate, and char on the nose.
Toasted, roasted, and bready malts on the tip of the tongue. Honey-graham sweetness meets roasted ashy/bitter coffee flavor in midstream. The finish is a little metallic.
Medium bodied and rather drinkable. A fairly drying finish, but a little watery.
Hm. A little sweet and a little thin, but pretty decent otherwise.
