Carnivale Brettanomyces 2019. Small size sample from bottle in de Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Pours a light hazy pale golden colour and a small white head. Aroma's are sourish, yoghurt and funk. Retronasal it's sourish, light sweet (and no funk). Flavour is moderate sour, vinous, with a hint of sweetness. Light medium bodied. Tartish finish.
