friends @doomsdaybrewing for our very first
Collabruary! After patient aging, this big beer
underwent a beautiful metamorphosis, gaining huge aromas of fig, caramel, and bread pudding. A balanced bitterness and full body blends all the many sensations together harmoniously.

This beer pours a medium amber/brown color with a slight whisper of a head. The aroma and taste are slightly tart with a residual sweetness. Nice beer/barleywine. You do not taste the alcohol either which makes it dangerous. Rated 9-20-2024
